We support the day-to-day running of our business through our highly skilled, directly employed workforce. With our directly employed workforce we have much better control over quality and risk, in both the civils and mechanical elements of the project. Our range of district heating services includes: Pre-construction support to clients including GPR Surveys, Site Investigation, advice on budgets, early Design and feasibility, Detailed Design, Streetworks coordination and management including road noticing and permits, Stakeholder management, TDR Surveying, Civil Engineering works, Testing and commissioning, Hot tapping / pipe freezing / line stopping, Installation of leak detection systems, Plant rooms, Welding and sleeving. We are an accredited contractor to all the main pipe suppliers. We also undertake repair and maintenance work on a planned or emergency basis for clients with end of design life networks or networks with faults which we diagnose (via TDR) and rectify.
